I am so greatful to have the ongoing opportunity to learn and work with Stephanie. She is a very knowledgable teacher and intuitive healer. In Level One and Two Stone massage training she took a very practical, hands on  approach to working with the stones and how to guide them effortlessly over the body, working deep into the muscles. She taught me how to ground my energy so I can easily tune into the clients energy and physical body to know what they need. By the end of the training I felt comfortable and confident to give a relaxing, deep healing massage, that works on a physical and energetic level.  It is an honour and a joy to work with Stephanie. I trained in Level 1 Hot Stone Massage with Stephanie in May  2007.  I found Stephanie to be an excellent teacher who approaches her teaching with enthusiasm. The training I received was comprehensive and practical. Stephanie also teaches from an intuitive place and always addressed my questions and my foibles with grace and integrity. I am taking Level 2 with her in April this year.

I met Stephanie just over four years ago. She was recommended to me by a friend at work. He explained that while she does wonderful Hot stone massage the spiritual and healing aspects of her work were amazing. This combination was something I was ready for. Since then I have been seeing Stephanie every two or three weeks.  After a session I feel relaxed and rejuvenated. She has the inherent ability to be gentle and loving with me when I need it and very direct when I am trying to fool myself. She has a vast knowledge she shares with a joyful innocence. She is truly in this for the love of her fellow humankind and does this for the betterment of all who come to her. When I first came to her I had been trying to get pregnant for a while and though she will take no credit for it I feel her unwavering belief that it would happen has played a part in the pregnancy I am now experiencing.

Stephanie's name came to me from the lips of many people.  Her hot stone therapy was well received and highly recommended by everyone that spoke of her.  I had not had a moment's experience with any sort of healing modality at the time and was quite curious as to what this hot stone massage stuff could possibly be.  Well, in short, it was like a little bit of heaven.

I became one of Stephanie's clients at a huge crossroad in my life and at the time we met I was experiencing all sorts of stress, distress and downright difficulties.  Lying on a bed of stones of different temperatures, experiencing the most amazing massage and listening to relaxing music was like peace on earth.  Certainly peace for me.

When the session was over I experienced an interesting combination of being relaxed and energized... of feeling like all burdens had been lifted from my shoulders and I could carry on.  I liked the feeling of being able to stand up straighter and yet remain grounded.  I liked the feeing of being fluffed and folded, mellow and strong.

Over the course of my packages of sessions, I was truly amazed by Stephanie's breadth and depth of knowledge (on pretty much every subject that came up), the gentle strength of her healing, and the over all physical, mental, emotional and spiritual  improvements in my life.

My first experience with Stephanie's “Hot Stone Massage” was one that will ensure that it won’t be my last. I was not expecting the extra benefit that came along with the feelings of relaxation, peacefulness and just a general feeling of well-being I experienced when my Hot Stone Massage was finished. When my massage was finished I felt great, went home and that night slept for eight hours uninterrupted. It is very rare for me to sleep even six hours in a row. My usual nights sleep is three to four hours. I then wake up for two to three hours, fall asleep, then wake again for perhaps another hour or so. It could hardly be described as restful. I cannot remember the last time I had such a wonderful peaceful sleep.
