I am so greatful to have the ongoing opportunity to learn and work with Stephanie. She is a very knowledgable teacher and intuitive healer. In Level One and Two Stone massage training she took a very practical, hands on  approach to working with the stones and how to guide them effortlessly over the body, working deep into the muscles. She taught me how to ground my energy so I can easily tune into the clients energy and physical body to know what they need. By the end of the training I felt comfortable and confident to give a relaxing, deep healing massage, that works on a physical and energetic level.  It is an honour and a joy to work with Stephanie. She comes from a place of honesty and integrity, and always has her students and clients highest interest in mind.

I trained in Level 1 Hot Stone Massage with Stephanie in May  2007.  I found Stephanie to be an excellent teacher who approaches her teaching with enthusiasm. The training I received was comprehensive and practical. Stephanie also teaches from an intuitive place and always addressed my questions and my foibles with grace and integrity. I am taking Level 2 with her in April this year.

My first experience with Stephanie's “Hot Stone Massage” was one that will ensure that it won’t be my last. I was not expecting the extra benefit that came along with the feelings of relaxation, peacefulness and just a general feeling of well-being I experienced when my Hot Stone Massage was finished. When my massage was finished I felt great, went home and that night slept for eight hours uninterrupted. It is very rare for me to sleep even six hours in a row. My usual nights sleep is three to four hours. I then wake up for two to three hours, fall asleep, then wake again for perhaps another hour or so. It could hardly be described as restful. I cannot remember the last time I had such a wonderful peaceful sleep.
