Hot Stone Therapy Refresher Course
A one day intensive,
hands-on course for anyone who has taken a basic massage
techniques with Level 1 Hot Stone or Level 1 Hot & Cold
Stone Therapy with any other Stone Therapy educator in
Canada or the US.
Perfect for the therapist/individual who feels they did not
receive adequate training in the Stone Therapy workshop
they attended. As a result they do not feel confident they
are giving a Healing Hot Stone Therapy Massage.

- Therapists worry they will burn their client, so they use tepid stones.
- Clients feel that the stones are not hot enough and therefore do not fully relax.
- Therapists concerned the stones will hurt their client if they use them incorrectly or push too hard.

Course Outline
- Educator reviews room set up and therapist’s basic verbal knowledge of Stone Therapy.
- Therapist demonstrates knowledge of Stone Massage on a model. Educator fills in student form on areas of improvement.
- Educator demonstrates areas that need improvement on model.
- Therapist does complete massage on model.
- Final review of massage followed by question & answer session.
- The Therapist is certified by Soul is Stone Hot Stone Training School & Spa.
